(3) with buffer or cutting liquid cooling agent cooling, with ceramic bond and chlorinated or chlorinated cutting oil, you can obtain good results. No matter what type of cooling is used, it should be well filtered to eliminate "fishtail" stains caused by titanium particle recycling.
(4) Titanium sparks may catch fire in oil mist, but oil immersion can reduce this risk. Rustproof nitrite can completely eliminate fire hazard according to water bath.
However, even optimal grinding conditions can reduce the fatigue performance of the workpiece.
